EVENT DATE & TIME

Sunday, February 4th, 2024

We ask that you arrive promptly at your chosen reservation time to ensure that you have enough time to enjoy the event. Upon your arrival, please check in at the host station using the name of the ticket holder before being shown to your table. Parties have a 1 Hour and 45 minute time limit which gives us 15 minutes to have your table ready for its next guests. You are welcome to mix and mingle around the venue after tea, however, we kindly ask that you do not exceed your allotted time at your table in order for us to be able to accommodate all of our guests.

There will be free on-site parking.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

If you did not provide dietary restrictions upon check out - you can add them as an update to your order a minimum of 72 hour prior to the event! We cannot gaurentee any special dietary accomodations can be made if we are not made aware in advance! You can return to the ticketing section of the event webpage and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your tickets, or provide updates to the check out questions for your order. Please make sure to provide the First and Last Names of Each Guest to help with keeping the check in process smooth at the door. 

GRATUITIES

While Gratuities are not required- Guests should feel free to Tip their service staff should they feel so inclined. If you plan to order drinks from the Willow Bar Tips can be left on your Credit Card. If not- Cash would be preferred as no other payment will be required during the event. Gratuities are not included in your ticket price.

PARTICIPATION 

Suggested age for this event is 4 and up.  High chair is available upon request. Children under the age of 3 are free.  Please email Erica at ebriggs@ashcombemansion if you need to secure seating for children under the age 3.

SUGGESTED ATTIRE

Dressing up in elegant outfits is much of the fun of afternoon tea. It’s the perfect excuse to wear hats, fascinators, and classic jewelry! But dressing to the nines with a feminine look is not required. The suggested attire is Smart Casual.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Please do not bring alcohol, weapons, or animals (not including licensed service animals).

LOST AND FOUND

 The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion and/or its representatives are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may check our lost & found. Venue is open by appointment only. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

Feel free to take your own photos & videos throughout the mansion. Make sure to tag us on Facebook or Instagram! The Willows often also has a photographer on site during events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion and/or its representatives to use any photos taken for promotional or advertising purposes.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT No ATM on Site. Cards Cards may be used at the Bar but please plan to bring cash if that is yur preferred method of payment.
